Email: contact@underwritable.ai

2. Provision of the website

When you access this website, technically necessary data is processed so the site can be delivered securely and reliably. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the pages requested, and browser and device information. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The specific hosting provider will be added before public launch.

3. Getting in touch

When you prepare a request via the contact form, the details you enter — first name, last name, business email address, phone number, company and position — are used to respond to your enquiry. The form currently opens your email client; the data is not transmitted to us via the website until you send the email yourself. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general business enquiries.

4. Launch updates

If you sign up for launch updates, we use your email address to inform you when Underwritable goes live. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

5. Google Fonts

This website currently loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading the font files may establish a connection to Google's servers. Before public launch we should decide whether to self-host the fonts or to fully describe the actual usage in this privacy notice.

6. Cookies and tracking

As things stand, we do not use any analytics, marketing or tracking cookies on this website. Should non-essential cookies or similar technologies be used in future, they will only be set after your consent.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have, in particular, the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

8. Updates to this notice

We will update this privacy notice as the actual data flows, providers or features of the website change.
